1. Are you members of any recognized organizations?
Yes, we are members of the
RPII The Register of Play Inspectors who promotes good practice, you can be sure that the inflatable play equipment has been inspected and tested for compliance in accordance with the HSE guidelines as detailed in BSEN14960:2013.
2. Can the bouncy castle be used indoors?
Yes, all our bouncy castles can be used both indoors and outdoors. When using a bouncy castle indoors, don't forget to check the height of the ceiling to make sure the bouncy castle can fit.
3. How much space do I need?
You need to have a couple of feet at each side of the bouncy castle and 6 feet at the back. We recommend as much space as possible at the front. The dimensions of our bouncy castles are shown in the description page. Please contact us if you're unsure about what size bouncy castle to choose.
4. Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We are insured (Public Liability £5million), which covers accidents. However, whilst in your care you are liable for any injuries caused on the bouncy castles/inflatable's. You must follow the terms and conditions presented to you on the day of your event to reduce rick of injuries. You can view the terms and conditions

5. What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc. We require a minimum 3 foot width access depending on the size of the bouncy castle hired. Ensure that the bouncer site is free of any sharp objects, excessive mud and dog mess. We will need access to an electricity power point within 25m. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
6. Can I keep the bouncy castle overnight?
All our bouncy castles are available for overnight hire for only £45.
7. What happens if it rains?
The bouncy castles are waterproof and can function in light drizzle and showers. In heavy rain we request that you switch the unit off for the duration of the rain. However you can switch back on when the rain stops. For safety reasons we recommend that you ensure anyone using the castle has dry feet. In the unfortunate event that is bad weather, we do not offer refunds of deposits (£15). We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time i.e. in really bad weather (if more than light shower we may
cancel for safety reasons).
8. When and how do I pay?
Our standard rates are for up to 6 hours rental. However, we are flexible and can allow you to keep the unit for longer if needed. We can, if the need arises, allow you to keep the unit overnight for additional charge of £45. Once we have received your deposit payment from Paypal, we will drop you an email within 24 hours with full details of your booking, deposit, T&C's, safety instructions. On delivery, all outstanding monies are to be paid in cash only.
9. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Cancellation policy: If there's heavy rain, high winds or adverse weather on the day of your event, please contact us prior to 8am on the booking day and we will cancel your hire. Your deposit will not be refunded however it may be transferred to a future hire / event. Bad weather policy. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time i.e. in really bad weather (if more than light shower we may cancel for safety reasons.). In the unfortunate event that there is bad weather, we do not offer refunds of deposit. We will not be held responsible for bad weather ruining your day. However we will be more than happy to re-book your castle at no extra cost.
10. What happens if there is a problem during the hire?
Please contact as soon as possible on 07570 793 113, if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone we will endeavour to visit you to rectify the problem.
11. How far in advance do I need to book?
As much notice as possible, at peak times we get fully booked about 2 weeks in advance so important to book as far in advance as possible.
12. Are your bouncy castles safe?
All of our bouncy castles and electricity equipment are annually inspected by PIPA inspectors (
www.pipa.org.uk) and by electricians and their PAT is always maintained. All bouncy castles are manufactured to European standard of BS EN. 14960:2013.
13. Can I collect the bouncy castle from you?
Sorry, but for insurance and safety purposes, we must deliver and install the bouncer.
14. What time do you deliver?
Usually we deliver between 07:30 and 12:30 and collect between 17:00 and 20:30, however, you can specify times of your bookings £10 fee applies.
15. How long does it take to setup?
An average bouncer takes approximately 20 minutes to set up depending on the location and the type of castle and about 20 minutes to pack away.
16. Do I have to supervise the bouncy castle?

17. Are the bouncy castles clean?
Yes. Our castles are checked after every hire and cleaned rigorously.
18. How much does it cost?
All our prices can be found on our website, typically a bouncy castle hire can cost as little as £105.
19. What happens on the day?
We arrive and discuss the most suitable position for the bouncy castle. We set up the bouncy castle and make sure it is securely anchored to the ground. Then we do a risk assessment and finally collect payment and ask you to sign our terms and conditions.
20. How can I pay?
Once we have received your booking online and minimum deposit payment,we will drop you an email within 24 hours with full details of your booking, deposit, T&C's, safety instructions. On delivery, all outstanding monies are to be paid in cash only.
